Ford offers a selection of powerful engines for the Super Duty F-350 truck. The base XL trim comes standard with a 6.8-liter V8 gas flex-fuel engine that produces 405 horsepower and 445 lb-ft of torque. This power can handle most job site and trailering tasks, but those who need more muscle can find it in the higher trims.

The XLT, LARIAT, King Ranch, and Platinum trims come standard with a 7.3-liter V8 gas engine that delivers 430 horsepower and 485 lb-ft of torque. Alternatively, all trims except for the Limited can be had with a 6.7-liter V8 turbo diesel engine for 1,050 lb-ft of torque. The Limited trim comes standard with a 6.7-liter high-output turbo diesel engine that produces 500 horsepower and 1,200 lb-ft of torque.

Jaw-Dropping Towing Capability

The F-350SD’s powerful engines deliver outstanding towing capabilities. The base trim equipped with the standard 6.8-liter gas engine has a towing capacity between 17,600 and 18,700 lbs, depending on the drivetrain and cab and box configuration. With the 6.7-liter high-output turbo diesel engine, this truck boasts one of the best-in-class towing capacities.

Multiple Cab and Box Configurations

Designed for tough jobs, the F-350 can be had in a variety of cab and box configurations to suit all needs. The XL and XLT trims can be had in Regular Cab style with an 8-foot bed or in SuperCab style with a 6.75-foot or 8-foot bed. The LARIAT trim is also available in SuperCab style with the same box types.

Ford offers all trim levels in a Crew Cab style compatible with both box sizes. All compatible cab and box combinations can be had with single or dual rear wheels. The SRW configuration is a great option for general trucking and lighter-duty applications. The DRW configuration enhances the payload and towing capacity and is ideal for tough jobs.

Comfort and Technology

The base trim comes standard with vinyl-trimmed seats with a 40/20/40 split bench and center armrest. Driver seat adjustments with lumbar support are also standard. In SuperCab and CrewCab configurations, rear passengers benefit from ample room and underseat storage.

All trims come standard with Ford’s SYNC 4 infotainment system and boast wireless phone connectivity, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, and built-in 911 assistance.
